The young homeowners, with a baby on the way, were in it for the long-haul when they purchased their 1923 fixer-upper. Real estate broker Sam Bryant brought in Harjo Construction and Kruger Architecture to partner on interior design
During the Greenwood remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms were modernized – one bathroom features reclaimed wood from a dock – and the unfinished basement was retrofitted to create an inviting family room. Structural modifications were made to pave the wave for phase two – adding a second floor to the home – (and baby number two) to be completed early 2018.
