Magnolia Addition & Kitchen Remodel
A young family with two kids were quickly running out of living space. By adding on to the home, and by including a deck, the family gained 26% more interior space and more than 500 square feet of outdoor living. The addition was designed to complement and enhance the existing style of the home.
Instead of compartmentalized living the family now enjoys one large great room with vaulted ceilings, including a spacious kitchen, a dedicated dining space and family room. French doors lead out to a new deck that incorporates an existing hot tub for effortless indoor and outdoor living. The remodel also included a new laundry room, furnace and new hardwoods throughout.
