Harjo Construction proudly partnered with Evergreen Market, a pioneering force in Washington’s legalized cannabis industry, to deliver their flagship retail store in Renton, WA. More than just a dispensary, this project became the foundational model for their future locations, embodying a unique blend of custom craftsmanship, sustainable design, and an unparalleled customer journey.

Harjo Construction executed a meticulous tenant improvement that maximized both functionality and aesthetic impact. Guided by collaborative design and a commitment to detail, we created an inviting and memorable space that set Evergreen Market apart.

Central to its unique character was using bespoke and reclaimed elements, including a striking feature wall meticulously constructed from reclaimed branches, alongside other salvaged materials integrated throughout the space. Custom millwork and displays, clad in reclaimed barn wood, contribute to an authentic, handcrafted aesthetic. Corrugated metal and clear plastic roofing were also integrated into wall finishes for a distinctive look.

The result is a landmark specialty retail environment – welcoming, informative, and visually rich – that skillfully balances innovative design with a deep sense of connection to natural materials, shaping a distinctive brand identity.
