When company owner Kurt Harjo bought his first house in 2016 it was with a plan to turn his basement into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU).
By providing affordable housing to others, he was also able to offset his own cost of ownership. The remodel includes some exceptionally deep egress window wells, a spacious bathroom and kitchen, and living room with two bedrooms.
