Broadview Major Remodel

This remodel included four bathrooms, a laundry room, a large kitchen, family room, dining room, and a living room fireplace. The layout of the home was functional, but the style felt outdated and didn’t reflect the homeowner’s tastes. We helped them transform their home to not only look better, but function better for them.

Basement

• The full bathroom in the basement had more counterspace than the family needed/knew what to do with. To make it more functional we installed a smaller vanity and added floating shelves to maximize vertical storage. New finishes and fixtures transformed the space, without rearranging the floorplan.

Main Floor

• The kitchen is the star of the show. The range was relocated from the island to further open up the space and the new full-height cabinetry extends into the desk nook and built-in dining banquette, making the whole room feel connected and cohesive. 
• Other projects included installing built-in shelving in the family and dining rooms, replacing tile on the fireplaces, and updating the powder bathroom.

Top Floor

• The switch to a stacked washer and dryer in the laundry room made room for tall cabinetry and open cabinets provide a stylish home for laundry baskets and other supplies. 
• The primary bathroom was transformed into a spa-like space, featuring a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and in-floor heating, and sleek fixtures and finishes.
• Other updates included brightening up the hall bath and adding fishscale tile to the tub surround.
