Cherry Hill Crawl Space Dig Out and Basement Addition

Cherry Hill Crawl Space Dig Out and Basement Addition
What used to be an unutilized crawlspace filled with dirt transformed into additional basement square footage. This basement remodel involved digging the crawlspace down and pouring a foundation for the new area, which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room.
Living Area and Bedrooms

The large windows in the family room bring in natural light, and the hydronic heated LVP floors remove the typical cold feeling of a basement. Each bedroom features a large closet and window with a stone-look window well. Continuing elements, such as the profiles of the trim and style of the doors, allow the basement to feel cohesive with the rest of the home.

Bathroom

The bathroom features an LED mirror with a recessed medicine cabinet, wood vanity, and a spacious shower. The gray subway tile shower walls, texture limestone-look flooring, and brushed nickel fixtures contrast beautifully with the warm wood vanity and cream walls.
