This 1901 Green Lake farmhouse was in sore need of modernization. The top-floor work entailed expanding the second floor to include a new bedroom, bathroom and laundry area, and building out a master suite bathroom and custom closet.
Upstairs you’ll also a find a new deck to take in the morning light and views of Green Lake. The main floor work included enclosing an outdoor entrance to the basement to create a seamless interior to basement flow with a new porch and new entry point. Finally, the house received all new siding and roof to give this home life for another 120 years!
