Bringing living spaces together were a primary goal for the homeowners. A wall between the kitchen and living room was removed, and an enclosed staircase was opened, letting in more light.
The Greenlake remodel included new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash and appliances, with refinished hardwood floors and new paint throughout the living spaces. A variety of tile from Statements Tile and Stone was used for all kitchen surfaces, refacing the living room fireplace, and for retiling a bathroom.
