During the Greenwood remodel the kitchen and two bathrooms were modernized – one bathroom features reclaimed wood from a dock – and the unfinished basement was retrofitted to create an inviting family room. Structural modifications were made to pave the wave for phase two – adding a second floor to the home – (and baby number two) to be completed early 2018.
