Magnolia Attic Conversion
This attic remodel added square footage and versatile usable space to this beautiful Magnolia home. The space is currently an ideal retreat for our client’s teenage son, but can easily transition to other uses as the family’s needs change over time.
Adding this bedroom required structural reinforcement throughout the home and the bedroom closets on the main floor had to be modified to accommodate the new staircase. The transformed attic has two closets, recessed lighting, and four skylights to allow maximum light into this previously dark corner of the home.
