Pinched for space with the addition of a newborn, the homeowners’ kitchen was cramped, and their washer and dryer were on a dilapidated back porch.
Following architect Kit Newman’s design (Architect7600), a seamless micro addition was built on the back of their house making room for a dining area and a washer/dryer closet, while matching existing fir flooring in the Phinney Ridge addition.
Two new windows and French doors brought in additional light, leading out to a new Tigerwood deck with bench seating.
