Queen Anne Apartment Building Remodel
Harjo Construction partnered with Moorman Properties to renovate their Aqua Terrace Apartment building, originally built in 1959.
The apartments have stunning views of the Space Needle and downtown Seattle, but the building needed some improvements.
We resurfaced the walkway, added steel columns to support the new frosted glass railings, added a wood-slatted entry and gate system, and improved the courtyard area, siding, and garages.
