When the owner of a four-plex in Queen Anne was updating all of the units, he added a few extra touches to his suite with the help of architect Christopher Day.
A vaulted living room was framed by large French doors that look out onto a newly fenced Ipe deck, and features a lighted-display fireplace. The updated Queen Anne apartment included Brazilian cherry hardwoods, a new kitchen, a new bath and all new finishes round out the remodel.
