This 1915 bungalow previously had a cramped low-ceiling basement with an exterior entrance.
For this remodel we excavated the basement floor by two feet and increased the window sizes. The basement was gutted and reconfigured to provide an open concept entertainment space.

By extending the back of the house we created an additional main floor bedroom and expanded bathroom, which allowed for an interior staircase to connect the all-new basement with bedroom, bathroom, laundry, bar, lounge and dining area, plus exercise room. The spaces and materials, including furnishings, were designed by Andrya Cooper Interiors.
