Ever get first pick before a listing hits the market? What about first pick of new inventory before it’s released to the public? Come shop after hours at Ballard’s favorite resale boutique with fellow brokers and real estate pros for an evening of wine, private browsing, and good company.
Why should I come?
Simple & Just is a nonprofit resale shop that puts all of its profits toward organizations supporting survivors of exploitation — things like safe shelter, mental health services, and life skills training. Their in-house Athena line also gives at-risk youth a direct path to income through a skills program. Your entry and anything you take home that night goes straight back into that work.
What’s it cost? What to bring?
Bring a good quality clothing donation or $20 at the door. Bring your appetite for a good find, and maybe a friend from your office.
