West Seattle DADU

This West Seattle DADU (Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit) was designed by our client , Kori Keller, who served as the Architect and Interior Designer for the project.  Her and her husband built this DADU to create a passive income stream.  The two-story home has a combined kitchen and living space with a dining nook near the door leading to the back patio. The Ikea kitchen cabinets are an example of how economy and taste can come together in an elegant and timeless way.

The slatted stairwell pairs well with the vaulted ceilings, making the home feel open and spacious. From the quality windows to the concrete work, the material selections set this contemporary home apart. The home boasts of two large bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor.
